Ceramic coatings cure through a temperature- and humidity-sensitive chemical reaction. A panel that's too cold won't cross-link properly. Too humid, and you trap moisture under the coating. Our Canton facility is fully air conditioned year-round, so every coating we apply cures under the exact conditions the manufacturer specifies.

Most detailing shops work out of open garage bays, shared warehouse space, or rented stalls that share airspace with the outside world. Temperature swings, humidity shifts, and whatever the HVAC happens to be doing all affect how a coating bonds. The investment you're making only pays off if the environment supports the chemistry. We built our facility around that requirement, not the other way around.

Industrial air scrubbers run continuously in our install bay, and all shelving is stainless steel. That keeps airborne dust, lint, and fibers out of the wet coating during application and the critical flash-off window. It's the difference between a glass-flat finish and high spots you'll see in oblique light forever.

IR curing lamps let us accelerate the cure on each panel without moving the vehicle back outside. No weather delays, no seasonal scheduling. Same result in January as July.
