Our volume is growing, and we would rather train the right person than wait for a perfect resume. Here is what the role gives you.
Pay you can count on
$18/hour to start (more for proven experience), the same rate full-time or part-time, with a 90-day review and a path to $19/hour as you hit training milestones, then a path to $22/hour for top performers.
Paid training, no experience needed
We have a battle-tested system and we are very good at training someone into it. Experienced detailers are welcome; the job just does not require it.
A shop built for the work
Fully remodeled, climate-controlled year-round, professional equipment and consumables, and a 5-acre fenced back lot. No hot bay in July, no freezing one in February.
Real benefits
W-2 with Ohio BWC and unemployment coverage from day one. Full-time gets paid time off (PTO) plus 6 paid holidays; part-time PTO and holidays are pro-rated to the hours you work.
Work worth doing
Luxury and exotic vehicles routed through our regional dealer partnerships, alongside our private customer base. Most days you will work on vehicles you would never touch at a volume shop.

Who fits here
We hire for character over experience.
What we cannot teach is work ethic, attention to detail, and how you treat a customer's vehicle when no one is watching. Bring that, and we will teach you everything else.
- Reliable. You show up when you said you would, and you flag a problem before it becomes one.
- Detail-oriented in the literal sense. Streaks bother you. Lint on a dashboard bothers you. You finish the job, not 95% of it.
- Coachable. A better way to do something makes your day better, it does not bruise your ego.
- Professional in the room. Our customers expect a concierge experience, and you are the kind of person who picks that up fast and means it.
- Part-time as a deliberate choice is welcome here, at the same Burton standard as full-time, not a lower bar.
- At least 18, with a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record, and authorized to work in the United States.

A half-day in the shop as a paid shift, with the team, so we both know if it is a fit.

The paid working interview is real, paid W-2 employment. Offers of employment are contingent on the results of a background check. We acknowledge every application within 5 business days, and after your working interview you will have a final decision within 48 hours.
